Mostly this error shows up with Windows Users while trying to download the presets from the download section. It is probably due to variations in operating system settings.
I am working on a fix for these filepath issues with windows for an upcoming release(!)
This is a workaround for now:
Please add a preset folders in your Preset Browser or use an already existing one. If you have folders in the Preset Browsers you can manually move presets in to that folder using Windows Explorer.
After subscribing and activating Dresser check your email (spam too!) for an email with the subject “Here are your (Trial) Presets for Dresser” It contains a downloadlink for the presets.
Download the .zip-file to your computer and unpack it.
Dresser will automatically update the contents of it’s folder while browsing. Now you should be good to go!
